What is inside
Seven worksheets the free toolkit does not have.
Each one turns a page of this site into something you fill in for your own situation.
| Worksheet | What you finish with | Goes with |
|---|---|---|
| Kitchen Scale Decision Checklist | Any scale checked against the same questions as our guide, up to three side by side, and a decision (including not buying) | Kitchen scales guide |
| Meal-Prep Container Inventory | What you already own, the gaps that matter, and a needs list | Meal-prep containers guide |
| Book and Cookbook Shortlist | Up to three titles compared on author background, date and sources, with a log of claims to check | Books guide |
| Label Practice Log | Label lines copied from foods you already have, with notes and questions for your care team | Label practice |
| Care-Team Visit Log | Who to contact, a follow-up tracker, and before, during and after pages for six visits | Care-team planner |
| 30-Day Learning Habit Tracker | One small learning action a day, with weekly reviews (PDF and spreadsheet) | 30-day planner |
| Household Shopping and Planning Page | A weekly page for the meals your household chose, the shopping list and the labels to check | Weekly meal plan article |
Plus a Start Here guide and one ZIP with every file. US Letter pages. The worksheets record learning tasks and conversations; they have no space for readings, test results or medicine doses.

Examples are fictional. Nothing in the worksheets recommends a serving, food, medicine or blood-sugar target.

Questions.
Is the free toolkit still free?
Yes. The free toolkit, its web tools and every free PDF stay free and complete. The Fillable Edition adds seven different worksheets; it does not lock anything that was free.
How do the fillable PDFs work?
Save each file to your device first, then open it in a PDF reader (such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, or the reader built into most computers) and type into the boxes. Save as you go. You can print blank pages and write by hand instead.
They work best on a computer or tablet with a PDF reader. Some phone apps and web browsers may not keep typed answers, so after your first save, close the file and open it again to check that your answers are still there.
Is anything I type sent to you?
No. The PDFs have no submit button and nothing in them connects to the internet. What you type stays in the file on your device.
Is this medical advice?
No. The worksheets help you organize information, practice reading labels and keep track of conversations. They set no targets and recommend no foods, servings or medicines.
Has a clinician reviewed it?
Not yet. It was written by our editorial team with AI assistance, using the same public sources as the rest of the site. Every worksheet says so. See our Editorial Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Reply to your order email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
General education only. This page helps you organize learning and questions. It is not medical advice and does not recommend a treatment, diet, medicine or blood-sugar target. Personal health decisions belong with your care team. Medical and educational disclaimer
