How do I get the workbook?
Enter your email address on the free workbook page. You go straight to a page with the download button, and we also email you the link so you can find it later.
Can I start without giving an email?
Yes. The Source Credibility Checklist and the Care-Team Conversation Planner download without any email or signup.
Do I need to finish the workbook in seven days?
No. Seven days is a suggested sequence, not a deadline. Work through the exercises at your own pace and repeat any of them with a new question.
Can I keep and print the resources?
Yes. All three are printable PDFs, free to keep and reuse for your own learning. They are not fillable forms, so print them or use a PDF reader that lets you add notes.
What if a download or the workbook email does not arrive?
Check your spam or promotions folder, or request the workbook again: the download button appears on screen right after the request. If a file still will not open, use the contact form and choose “A download that does not work”.
Educational scope.
Is this personal medical advice?
No. The site helps you check sources, understand food-label units, organize learning and prepare questions. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment or set personal food or blood-sugar targets. Personal health decisions belong with your care team. See the Medical and Educational Disclaimer.
Do you recommend supplements or natural remedies?
No. NCCIH, part of the National Institutes of Health, reports that for most supplements there is no evidence of a beneficial effect on diabetes, and some may have serious side effects. The FDA warns that some diabetes products are sold illegally with false or misleading claims. Talk with your care team before trying any supplement.
Does the name mean you sell a remedy?
No. Despite the word “Remedy” in our name, the site sells no remedy, supplement or treatment. It offers free education only. Read more on the About page.
Has a clinician reviewed these pages?
Not yet. The pages are written by the Natural Diabetes Remedy editorial team, and each article states “Not yet reviewed by a clinician”. When a clinical reviewer joins, their name, credential and reviewed pages will be listed on Authors and Reviewers.
Affiliate links and funding.
How does the site make money?
Today it earns nothing from links or sales. In future, some buying guides may include clearly labeled affiliate links that pay us a commission when someone buys. None are active now. A paid course may be offered in future; nothing is for sale today. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
Are products in the buying guides ranked or tested?
No. The guides name no products yet, and nobody has tested products for this site. Each guide explains what to check before buying and gives you a fill-in table for your own shortlist. See the Review Methodology.
Would a commission change what a guide says?
It should not. Our rule is that a commission never decides what a guide says or how it compares options, and any affiliate link will be labeled where it appears.
Do I need to buy anything to use the free resources?
No. The workbook, checklist and planner are complete on their own. Each buying guide also describes a no-purchase alternative.
Third-party purchases.
Who handles a purchase from another website?
The seller. Nothing is sold on this site, so we cannot take orders or handle refunds, renewals or cancellations. Before you buy, check the seller’s total price, access, refund, renewal and cancellation terms.
Do you get my details if I buy from a seller?
No. No affiliate tracking links are active today, so we receive nothing from sellers. If that changes, the Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure will be updated first.
Email choices and privacy.
What do you collect when I request the workbook?
Your email address, the page you sent the form from, any campaign tags in that page’s address, your follow-up choice and the time. We use these to send the workbook link. We do not ask for health information.
Will a workbook request sign me up for marketing?
No. We send the workbook link you asked for. Four follow-up emails are sent only if you tick the separate, optional box, which starts unticked. Every follow-up email has an unsubscribe link.
Are my completed worksheets sent to you?
No. The PDFs are files you keep on your own device or on paper. Nothing you write in them reaches us.
Do you use tracking cookies?
No. The site has no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting. Read the Privacy Policy.
Can I ask you to delete my details?
Yes. Use the contact form to ask us to access, correct or delete your details. We do not sell personal data.
Help and contact.
How do I contact you?
Use the contact form. We reply by email. We cannot promise a set reply time.
Can you answer a question about my own health?
No. We cannot answer personal medical questions. Please contact your care team. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.
How do I report an error or an access barrier?
Use the contact form and choose “An editorial correction” or “An accessible format request”. Include the page address and what needs attention, without personal health details.
