Is this a marketing signup?
No. A contact message does not subscribe you to any emails. We use your details only to reply.
Should I send my completed worksheets?
No. Keep them private. If something in a worksheet or web tool is unclear, describe the problem without personal health details.
Who handles purchases and refunds?
We sell one product of our own, the $9 Fillable Edition. Stripe processes the payment through WellnessTrim, the account we use for our digital products, so your receipt comes from WellnessTrim and your card statement shows WT* NATDIABETESREMEDY. For that order, including a refund within 30 days, reply to your order email or choose the topic “My Fillable Edition order” above. Purchases on other websites are handled by that seller: contact it using its own support details.
Can I ask for the text of a resource in another format?
Yes. Every toolkit PDF already has a large-print PDF and a plain-text version; you can find them on our Free Resources page. For anything else, choose “An accessible format request” and tell us what would help; we can try to send the text of a resource as a plain-text email. See our Accessibility page.
