A few questions about access.

Do I need to share an email address?

Only for the workbook, which you request with your email address. The Source Credibility Checklist and the Care-Team Conversation Planner download directly with no email.

Will I receive marketing emails?

Only if you separately choose them. Requesting the workbook sends you the workbook link. Follow-up emails are an optional, unticked box, and each one has an unsubscribe link. See the Privacy Policy.

Can I use the resources without buying anything?

Yes. Each resource is complete and useful on its own. Nothing here is for sale.

Are the PDFs fillable forms?

No. They are printable PDFs. Print them and write by hand, or add notes in a PDF reader that supports annotation. If you need another format, ask through the contact form or read our accessibility page.

How should I keep completed notes?

Keep them private on your own device or on paper, and share them only as you choose. Nothing you write in the PDFs reaches us.
